The CryoMax System, with the convenience of polycarbonate or fiberboard boxes, lets you achieve maximum cryogenic vial storage capacities while maintaining economical evaporation rates. Vial storage in boxes allows for ease of use and accurate inventory of samples.

Each model comes standard with hanging racks, one year parts & labor warranty, and 3 year vacuum warranty.

How many 2 ml vials can this unit hold?

The total vial capacity is 4000 using 2 ml vials, with 81 or 100 vials per box.

What's the rack and box configuration?

It comes with 4 racks, 10 boxes per rack, for a total box capacity of 40. Storage boxes are 5 1/5" x 5 1/5" x 2" with a cell capacity between 16-144.

What is the LN2 capacity and how long will it hold?

LN2 capacity is 121 liters, with a static evaporation rate of 0.99 liters/day and a static holding time of 70 days. These values are nominal and actual rate may be affected by contents, atmospheric conditions, container history and manufacturing tolerances.

Can I use this for both liquid and vapor phase storage?

Yes, the unit has a compatible design for both liquid and vapor phase storage and includes an insulated neck tube core.
