These manual defrost laboratory freezers offer professional cold storage for scientific and industrial settings. Units come equipped with temperature alarms, keyed door locks, probe access, and precise temperature monitoring through microprocessor control.

Our Premier Series freezers include premium additions such as extensive alarm systems and digital touch pad displays. All units run on natural, hydrocarbon refrigerant for environmental health and energy efficiency.

What temperature range can I set on this freezer?

The adjustable temperature range is -15°C to -25°C, controlled by a microprocessor temperature controller with digital temperature display that is °C/°F switchable.

How much does the unit weigh and what are the exterior dimensions?

Product weight is 261 lbs and shipping weight is 286 lbs. Per the datasheet, exterior dimensions are 30.875" wide, 28.75" deep, and 76.325" high, with a door swing of 29.25".

What clearance does it need for installation?

The product requires 4" of clearance around the back and sides of the unit for proper ventilation. Improper installation will void the warranty and will lead to temperature maintenance issues, overheating and possible failure.

Since this is manual defrost, what do I need to know about defrosting?

Defrost is manual. Defrosting of the unit will need to be performed periodically to prevent severe ice build-up.

What alarms are included?

It includes audible and visual high and low temperature alarms, sensor error alarm, power failure alarm, alarm validation (audible, visual, and remote alarm), and alarm mute with ring back. State switching remote alarm contacts are provided for external alarm connection.

What electrical supply does it require?

The facility electrical requirement is 115V, 60 Hz, with a rated amperage of 6 Amps. The power cord uses a NEMA 5-15 plug that conforms to UL471 requirements.
