Auto Max System, 24,050 Vials Polycarbonate Package System

The AutoMax Systems, with the convenience of polycarbonate or fiberboard boxes, lets you achieve maximum cryogenic vial storage capacities while maintaining LN₂ levels automatically. Vial storage in boxes allows for ease of use and accurate inventory of samples. The auto fill control assures proper LN₂ levels. For sample security the control features low level, LN₂ supply and sensor fault alarms. Enjoy the benefits of automatic filling without excess complexity or cost.

AutoMax 2 Polycarbonate package systems include: AutoMax Tank, Sentry LN₂ Controller, stainless steel rack inventory system, transfer hose, CryoGloves, LN₂measuring rod, and polycarbonate boxes (25 cell, 81 cell or 100 cell).

What's the total vial capacity and how is it organized inside?

Total vial capacity is 24,050 (2 ml vials). The system includes (17) 13-2 Tower Racks holding 13 boxes each, (6) 13-2 Mini Tower Racks holding 13 mini boxes each, (221) 81/100 cell polycarbonate boxes, and (78) 25 cell mini polycarbonate boxes.

What are the exterior dimensions and usable height?

Exterior width is 863.6 mm, exterior depth is 977.9 mm, overall height is 1117.6 mm, usable height is 736.6 mm, and internal diameter is 787.4 mm.

How much LN2 does it hold and what is the evaporation rate?

LN2 capacity is 365 liters with a nominal static evaporation rate of 7 liters/day, giving a normal working time of 52 days. Actual rate and holding time will be affected by container use, atmospheric conditions, and manufacturing tolerances.

What alarms are included with the Sentry LN2 Controller?

The controller has an audible, visual, and remote alarm package covering level (high and low), high temperature, and sensor failure. It also features alarm ringback and a redundant level sensor system.
