What's the temperature range on this refrigerator?

The adjustable temperature range is 2° C to 15° C, with a maximum cabinet air variation of +/- 1.5° C and simulator ballast stability of +/- 0.3° C.

How much clearance does it need around the cabinet?

A minimum of 2" of clearance is required around the back and sides of the unit for proper ventilation, with more if it's next to heat rejecting equipment. Improper installation will void the warranty and can lead to temperature issues, overheating, and possible failure.
