What temperature range can I set on this refrigerator?

The adjustable temperature range is 2° C to 15° C, controlled by a microprocessor temperature controller that is C°/F° switchable with 0.1° C / 0.2° F resolution.

How much clearance does it need for installation?

The refrigerator requires a minimum 2” of clearance at the back and sides of the unit for proper ventilation.
