What temperature range does this freezer operate in?

The adjustable temperature range is -15° C to -25° C.

How much clearance is required around the unit?

The equipment requires 4" of clearance around the back and sides of the unit for proper ventilation. Improper installation will void the warranty and will lead to temperature maintenance issues, overheating and possible failure.

What are the electrical requirements and does it come with a power cord?

The facility must provide 110–120V AC, a 15A breaker, and a NEMA 5-15 receptacle, and the unit draws 3.3 Amps. A power cord is not included; final power connections must be hardwired to meet local codes.

What refrigerant does this freezer use and what type of defrost does it have?

It uses EPA SNAP compliant R290 propane refrigerant and is manual defrost. Defrosting of the unit will need to be performed periodically to prevent severe ice build-up.
