What temperature range can I set on this refrigerator?

The adjustable temperature range is 2° C to 15° C. The microprocessor controller is C°/F° switchable with a resolution of 0.1° C/0.2° F.

How much clearance does it need around the cabinet?

A minimum of 2" of clearance is required around the back and sides for proper ventilation, and more if it's next to heat-rejecting equipment. Improper installation will void the warranty and can lead to temperature issues, overheating and possible failure.

What shelving comes with the unit and how adjustable is it?

It includes four (4) adjustable shelves, adjustable in ½" increments.

What refrigerant and defrost type does it use?

It uses EPA SNAP compliant R600a Isobutane, a hydrocarbon natural refrigerant, and runs on cycle defrost.
