What temperature range does this pharmacy refrigerator hold?

The adjustable temperature range is 36°F to 46°F (2°C to 8°C). It is calibrated using a NIST traceable device, and a certificate is included.

It includes four (4) adjustable shelves, adjustable in ½" increments.

What are the electrical requirements?

The unit requires 110–120V AC with a 15A breaker and a NEMA 5-15 receptacle. It uses a NEMA 5-15 plug and is rated at 3 Amps.

What refrigerant and defrost type does it use?

It uses EPA SNAP compliant R600a Isobutane, a hydrocarbon natural refrigerant, and the defrost method is cycle defrost.

How much clearance is needed around the unit?

The refrigerator requires a minimum of 2" of clearance around the back and sides for proper ventilation, with more needed if next to heat rejecting equipment. Improper installation will void the warranty and lead to temperature issues, overheating and possible failure.

What alarms and monitoring features are included?

The unit has audible and visual high/low temperature alarms with remote alarm contacts for external connection. The display probe is a product simulator bottle with glass bead media, and the microprocessor controller shows digital temperature readings switchable between C° and F° at 0.1°C/0.2°F resolution.
