What temperature range can I set on this refrigerator?

The adjustable temperature range is 36° F to 46° F (2° C to 8° C). It is calibrated using a NIST traceable device, and the certificate is included.

How much clearance does it need around the cabinet?

The refrigerator requires a minimum 2” of clearance at the back and sides of the unit for proper ventilation.

What refrigerant and defrost type does it use?

It uses EPA SNAP compliant R600a Isobutane, a hydrocarbon natural refrigerant, with a hermetic compressor. The defrost is cycle defrost.

The facility must provide 110–120V AC on a 15A breaker with a NEMA 5-15 receptacle. The unit is rated at 3 Amps and ships with a NEMA 5-15 plug.

What alarms and monitoring features are included?

The unit has audible and visual high/low temperature alarms with remote alarm contacts, and a digital temperature display driven by a microprocessor controller with 0.1° C/0.2° F resolution. A product simulator bottle with glass bead media is used as the display probe, and a 3/4″ probe access port is provided on the rear wall.
